2. Services and offerings

I offer mentoring, personal development sessions, Soul Signature experiences, guided meditations and other digital products.

The specific content, duration, format and price of each offering are described on the relevant product or service page.

My work is intended to support personal reflection, self-exploration and development. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after working with me.

3. Booking and payment

Services and digital products can be purchased through my website.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment provider specified at checkout.

All prices are displayed in the currency stated on the relevant product page. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

For services that require an appointment, I will contact you after purchase to arrange a suitable time, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For longer mentorships, payment arrangements will be specified on the relevant product page or in a separate client agreement.

4. Individual sessions

Individual sessions are offered online or in another format specified on the relevant product page.

After purchasing a session, I will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment.

Cancellation and rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual session, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, as well as missed appointments, may result in the session being considered used, without entitlement to a refund or replacement session.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will contact you to arrange a new appointment.

This policy is subject to applicable statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal.

5. Longer mentorship programmes

Longer mentorship programmes may include individual sessions, written materials, audio recordings and communication between sessions, as described in the relevant offer.

The duration, price, number of sessions and any additional support will be specified on the product page or in a separate client agreement.

Duration and commitment:

Mentorship programmes offered for a fixed period are intended as complete programmes rather than month-to-month subscriptions.

By purchasing a fixed-term mentorship, you commit to the full programme duration and the agreed total fee.

If you decide to discontinue the programme before the agreed end date, you remain responsible for the agreed payment, subject to any applicable statutory rights.

In exceptional circumstances, I may agree to an early termination or another arrangement at my discretion.

A separate client agreement may be provided for longer mentorships to clarify the expectations and responsibilities of both parties.

Any separate agreement supplements these Terms & Conditions. Where the two documents differ, the specific terms of the separate agreement will apply to the extent permitted by law.

6. Soul Signature

The Soul Signature is a personalised experience created specifically for each client. Depending on the offer purchased, it may include an individual analysis, a personalised audio recording, written material and/or a one-to-one session.

The specific content and delivery timeframe are described on the relevant product page.

Work on a personalised Soul Signature may begin shortly after purchase, provided the client has expressly requested that work begins during the statutory withdrawal period.

If a client withdraws before the service has been fully completed, they may be required to pay for the portion of the service already provided, in accordance with applicable law.

Where a client expressly consents to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins, as permitted by law.

7. Digital products

Digital products may include guided meditations, audio recordings, written materials and other downloadable content.

The product page will describe what is included and how the product will be delivered.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are for personal use only. They may not be copied, distributed, resold or shared with others without my written permission.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a digital product, please contact me at hello@maiamalou.com so that I can help resolve the issue.

8. Withdrawal rights, cancellations and refunds

When purchasing services or digital products online, consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days. Certain exceptions and conditions apply.

For services, if you expressly request that the service begins during the withdrawal period and subsequently withdraw before the service is fully completed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

If the service has been fully performed, you may lose your right of withdrawal if you gave the required prior consent and acknowledgment.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, provided you gave the required express consent and acknowledgment beforehand.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me at hello@maiamalou.com and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory consumer rights.

For cancellations outside the statutory withdrawal period, the cancellation terms stated in the relevant service description or separate client agreement will apply.

9. Client responsibility

My work is intended to support self-awareness, personal growth and exploration.

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and wellbeing throughout the process.

You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed. My services do not constitute medical or psychological treatment, and I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.

10. Confidentiality and privacy

I treat personal information shared during our work with care and confidentiality.

Information about how I collect, use and store personal data is described in my Privacy Policy, available on my website.

Please be aware that online communication and digital services may involve third-party providers.

11. Intellectual property

All materials I create and provide, including written content, audio recordings, meditations, visual materials and other resources, remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are welcome to use purchased materials for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell or otherwise make them available to others without my prior written permission.

12. Changes to services and availability

I reserve the right to update or change the content, format or availability of my services and digital products.

Any changes to a service or product you have already purchased will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and consumer law.

If I need to cancel a session or cannot deliver a purchased service, I will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution.

13. Liability

I provide my services with care and professionalism. However, personal development and mentoring involve individual experiences and outcomes, which cannot be guaranteed.

I do not guarantee any particular personal, professional or financial result.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

14. Complaints and contact

If you have a question, concern or complaint about a service or product, please contact me at:

Email: hello@maiamalou.com

I will do my best to respond and find a reasonable solution.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may have access to relevant consumer complaint procedures under applicable law.

15. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
